Sometimes I'm asked to fix other photographer's work - typically when they're up against a tight deadline. Here are a few examples of the originals and my fixes.
I waited a year to take this photo. It was taken at Beachcomber Park, Nanoose Bay BC Canada (just outside of Parksville).
I had to wait for a clear sky, moonless evening, very low tide (this glacial erratic is normally under water) and when nightfall is not too late at night and it's not too cold. I lit the boulder with a dollar store flashlight.
I had company with the sounds of seals constantly barking as they swam past.
